Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has opened up a double-digit lead over City Councilwoman Nithya Raman in the city’s November runoff, according to a new poll — with a huge chunk of Spencer Pratt’s voters breaking toward the incumbent. Approximately 85 percent of Spencer Pratt voters are backing Karen Bass over Democratic Socialist candidate Nithya Raman. Bass leads Raman 50.
