A 15-year-old boy was killed and another 13-year-old wounded in a Bronx apartment Wednesday night, according to police — who are still searching for the shooter. Riley Billingslea was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head by cops responding to a 911 call for shots fired inside an apartment on Claflin Avenue around 5:30 p. m.
