A North Carolina man admitted he fatally stabbed his girlfriend’s ex-beau outside a swanky Long Island yacht club as she cheered him on, prosecutors said Tuesday. Victor Panebianco, 32, of King, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter for knifing Christopher Millwater, 52, twice through his heart and lungs at a parking lot near Stony Brook Yacht Club on Nov. 10, 2025, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
