A breastfeeding Wisconsin mother admitted to smoking meth days before her 3-week-old baby boy died, according to a criminal complaint. Jessie Lee Kittelson, 23, was arrested after Pierce County cops arrived at her home in Trimbelle on March 14, and found that her newborn had no pulse, wasn’t breathing and turned blue, KWQC reported, citing the court documents. Paramedics at the scene attempted CPR on the baby, but he was declared dead, according to the complaint.
