Three women allegedly had semen wiped or ejaculated on them while shopping at the same Southern California Dollar Tree, sparking criminal charges against a US Marine and a lawsuit accusing the chain of leaving customers vulnerable to sexual predators. The three encounters were reported over two weekends in March 2025 at the Dollar Tree on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego, the San Diego Union-Tribune reported. Each woman told police a man moved very close behind her while she was shopping before she noticed a substance on her clothing.
