A Long Island stripper is suing a wealthy married doctor, accusing him of promising to leave his wife for her — just to seek a restraining order when she told his spouse about their alleged affair. Rosnana Kissoon, 39, accused 51-year-old Dr. Keith Hoerning of trying to get her arrested after their 18-month affair fell apart earlier this year, according to a lawsuit filed in Suffolk County Supreme Court.
