Bay Area postal workers were targeted in a pair of attacks just days apart, with one employee sucker-punched in the face and another assaulted during a brazen mail robbery as package theft runs rampant across the state. Federal authorities are offering rewards of up to $150,000 in each of the two investigations. 4 The employee was returning from a break when a stranger she did not know approached her from behind.
