A man from Central California who allegedly abused multiple children at an unlicensed home daycare he operated with his wife has been arrested on dozens of felony charges, authorities said. Javier RiveraMojica, 67, of Shandon, was arrested following an investigation into alleged child sexual abuse at the unlicensed daycare run from the couple’s home in the small San Luis Obispo County community outside Paso Robles. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Office said RiveraMojica is accused of committing lewd and lascivious acts against children under the age of 14.
