Rabble-rousing Staten Island artist and activist Scott LoBaido suffered a cardiac arrest emergency after he attempted to confront Mayor Zohran Mamdani at a pro-cop event in the borough Tuesday night — in which the socialist mayor was mercilessly booed off stage. LoBaido, who’s been openly critical of Mamdani, tried to approach the mayor after his remarks at the Midland Beach boardwalk for the NYPD’s 43rd Patrol Borough National Night Out Against Crime — but was held by police, a witness told the Staten Island Advance. Soon after, LoBaido voiced that he wasn’t “feeling well” and collapsed on the ground, the witness said, prompting emergency personnel to immediately jump into action and begin performing CPR.
