A terrifying scene unfolded in Arizona after police found a toddler strapped to a car seat inside a smoke-filled home — while the child’s mom was allegedly passed out drunk on the floor. The shocking scene was captured on bodycam footage from Glendale Police Department officers who rushed to a home near 67th Avenue and Cactus Road on Aug. 1 after reports of a house fire, according to 12News.
