A crazy-eyed teenager in a clown costume allegedly stabbed an elderly man to death and left his body in the street — after he was filmed walking up to a neighbor’s house, staring directly into the security camera, and whispering “I’ve been looking for you. ” The masked and bespectacled 15-year-old, who has not been identified, was seen approaching an East St. Louis, Ill.
