A Bell police officer is facing three years in prison for allegedly spying on his ex-girlfriend with a GPS tracking device placed discreetly on her car. James Ixcoy is also accused of trying to get information on his ex-beau’s former boyfriend by illegally accessing a California Department of Motor Vehicles database. The officer was arrested on Monday and is scheduled to be arraigned on October 2 at the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.
