The Rangers were expected to be one of this year’s trade deadline sellers, but one piece might not be on the move after all. Right-hander Jacob deGrom was asked to waive his no-trade clause but declined, The Athletic reported Monday. DeGrom said he wanted to stay put in Texas, according to the outlet.
