A 23-year-old California woman has been identified as one of those killed when a gunman opened fire at an Idaho In-N-Out this weekend. Ashley Garibay, of Stockton, Calif. , was an employee at the newly opened restaurant in Twin Falls when Chad Williams, 24, went on the deadly rifle-wielding rampage Saturday afternoon.
