Police have identified the naked nutjob who miraculously survived after jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge Sunday. Galymzhan Abaildayev, 44, is facing several charges after he was filmed scaling the bridge’s north tower, stripping his clothes and leaping off the north tower on the Manhattan side of the iconic bridge into the East River. The Brooklyn native also erected several flags on the top of the bridge before he jumped, including a Kazakhstan flag, sources told The Post.
