The victim in the horrific Chino Hills murder-kidnapping has been revealed — and he has a chilling link to his killer. Officials with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said 67-year-old Zhengfeng Bo is the suspect who executed 60-year-old Chino Hills resident Shukur Aikebaer in front of police after he kidnapped him. Irvine resident Zhengfeng, who police shot dead after he killed Aikebaer, had an accomplice, 66-year-old Jianquan Bo, also from Irvine.
