A road-rage maniac beat a man to death with a baseball bat on the Belt Parkway in Queens early Sunday, according to authorities and sources. Cops discovered Crisanie Dockery, 47, unconscious with severe head trauma and a 39-year-old man with minor injuries to his arm while responding to a report of an assault in progress on the eastbound parkway around 1:10 a. m.
