San Francisco 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan suffered horrific injuries — including a severe concussion — in a car crash near his Northern California home last week. Shanahan’s vehicle collided with an SUV on July 14, leaving the coach with a broken nose, three broken ribs and a broken hand, according to ESPN. He also had to get 40 stitches in his face.
