Cops killed a gun-wielding madman when he refused to drop his weapon outside a Queens home engulfed in flames on Saturday — and then discovered two of family members dead inside, police and sources said. The NYPD responded to Ocean Crest Boulevard near Hartman Lane in Far Rockaway after receiving a 911 call around noon of shots fired police said. When they arrived, officers found the home engulfed in flames, possibly from an explosion, police sources said.
