A Michigan man suffered severe injuries to his neck and has been only able to communicate through blinking after he was attacked at a folk music festival, his loved ones claimed. Darryl “Lonn” Hartman, 37, remains unable to tell investigators what happened the night of July 12 at the Blissfest Music Festival in Harbor Springs, Mich. , the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday.
