A vile child predator is back on the streets of a small community in San Diego County –– leaving shell-shocked locals scrambling to protect their kids. Gary Snavely, who molested two young girls in the ’80s, was released from state custody Wednesday and will live in the town Borrego Springs. 3 Gary Snavely was convicted of molesting two young girls in 1987.
