Teen ragers are wrecking vacant San Diego homes, leaving owners in horror at their damaged state. Several houses across the county since last August have been burglarized and filled with reckless youths ready to go haywire, NBC San Diego revealed. The homeowners have seen thousands of dollars worth of damage, including from exploding fireworks, ripped-out smoke detectors and human-sized holes.
