Horrifying video captured the moment a Wisconsin police officer fatally shot a man who authorities say stabbed him while resisting arrest. The chilling cellphone video starts off by showing three cops wrestling with the suspect in the middle of an intersection in Madison, before a female officer enters the mix and begins to repeatedly yell, “Taser, taser!” As the man appears to collapse to the ground, one of the other officers is seen firing his gun three times at the suspect.
