New footage appears to show Nolan Wells partying with his friends on the Fourth of July — and could be the last time he was seen on camera before he was mysteriously found dead days later, according to TMZ. A black man who appears to be Wells, 18, can be seen bending over on the back of an anchored boat, possibly to grab a drink, in a short video clip obtained by the outlet that shows revelers partying on Horn Island off the Mississippi coast the day he vanished. The man in the video, whose face is not visible, appears to be wearing similar light-blue swim trunks Wells was photographed wearing earlier in the day.
