A “dangerous” woman who uses several aliases is being hunted for the murder of a dad found zip-tied in a shallow grave a month after he went missing, according to police. Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, has “been actively evading law enforcement” while wanted for the slaying of Jason Coulthart, a 43-year-old father whose remains were found on a property in Freeport on Florida’s panhandle on June 25, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. Coulthart was reported missing on May 24 — then found with a zip tie around his neck buried in a shallow grave, which was covered in concrete with a black Cadillac parked over it, according to an arrest report obtained by People magazine.
