A Bronx sicko was arrested for allegedly climbing into a sleeping 8-year-old girl’s bedroom and exposing himself to her nearly two months ago, police said. Tishawn Maile, 35 — a complete stranger to the girl — was picked up by members of the NYPD’s Neighborhood Safety Team around 11 p. m.
