WASHINGTON — There’s another Pettitte entering the Yankees organization. The club drafted Luke Pettitte, son of longtime Yankee left-hander and current special adviser Andy Pettitte, with their eighth-round pick on Sunday. Luke Pettitte, 21, is a two-way player who did not pitch this spring at Dallas Baptist after undergoing Tommy John surgery last year, but served as the DH and hit 16 home runs in 42 games.
