A boyfriend who agreed to an open relationship with his Naval officer girlfriend shot her and her new lover dead inside their home outside San Diego after flying into a jealous rage, prosecutors said. Ryan Wesley Proffitt, 27, is accused of murdering his girlfriend Courtney Chandler, 28, and Nicholas McClure, 27, a homeless man Chandler had moved into the couple’s home in a military housing complex in Ramona. 5 Courtney Chandler, 28, was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend.
