A Bronx NYPD precinct boss who allegedly told a woman underling “I want to make biracial babies with you” surrendered Friday to face an attempted rape charge at the very same station he once commanded, authorities said. Inspector Jeremy Scheublin, 45, was arrested after he turned himself in at the 46th Precinct — where one of his officers has accused him of sexual assault, police said. 3 Jeremy Scheublin, 46, arrived handcuffed Friday in Bronx criminal court.
