Billionaire Rick Caruso has unveiled the first images of his new private lake club ahead of its opening this fall, offering a look inside the private golf and social club taking shape behind the gates of the Sherwood community near Thousand Oaks. Caruso, the developer behind The Grove, The Americana at Brand and The Commons at Calabasas is expanding into private hospitality with the Miramar Lake Club—a waterfront property nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains that aims to combine golf, dining and social experiences for its members, according to Los Angeles Magazine.
