A teen creep allegedly sexually abused a woman who was riding a Manhattan train with two kids last week – and then muttered “my bad,” according to cops and law enforcement sources. Ari Shtein, 18, stood behind the 30-year-old victim on board an uptown R train approaching 28th Street in Chelsea around 3 p. m.
