This is the despicable moment a man is seen creepily filming up a woman’s skirt and following her around a grocery store in California. The video was captured on surveillance footage at the shop near Peach and Belmont avenues in Fresno around noon on Fourth of July. It comes after a similar incident sparked fury in a Whole Foods in Los Angeles County when a man was caught on camera rubbing his genitals on a woman.
