Over 150 neglected animals have been rescued from a Long Island hoarder’s urine-soaked hell house since her daughter blew the whistle last month — and authorities believe more cats may still be at large. Following the arrest of Glen Cove resident Alena Horbatko, 155 animals — including two dogs — have been rescued from her putrid St. Andrews Lane home, the Nassau County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NCSPCA) told Patch last week.
