The disturbing incident unfolded June 23 outside the Vacaville Cultural Center Library on Ulatis Drive, where a concerned community member called police after spotting a man allegedly exposing himself while watching children play nearby, according to the Vacaville Police Department. The suspect, a 32-year-old Marcus Hardimon, was taken into custody after officers responded to the scene.
