The Bronx rodeo where a bull rider was injured after being trampled upon failed to obtain the necessary permit to hold such an event, according to a report. Organizers behind Sunday’s event at Baychester didn’t receive a permit from the New York City Health Department prior to the rodeo taking place, WABC reported. In New York City, permits for rodeos are issued by the city’s Commissioner of Health.
