A tragic 13-year-old boy riding on the back of a motorized scooter in Queens was killed when his teen pal swerved to avoid an open car door and hit a truck Monday afternoon, cops said. The scooter, driven by another 13-year-old boy, was heading south on 162nd Street near 45th Avenue in Flushing around 12:40 p. m.
