PHILADELPHIA — Christian Scott took a positive step Saturday toward potentially returning to the Mets as soon as his required 15 days on the injured list pass. The right-hander threw a bullpen session before the Mets’ 15-3 loss to the Phillies and reported feeling “good. ” Scott was placed on the IL on Monday (retroactive to June 12) with a right hip impingement.
