The trade barely registered with Mets fans. This was two years ago on July 30, when Huascar Brazobán arrived from the Marlins in exchange for minor league infielder Wilfredo Lara. At that point, Brazobán was a 34-year-old reliever who had enjoyed a few nice seasons in Miami, but wasn’t deemed special.
