Arnold Schwarzenegger has weighed in on California’s gas crisis, saying the state’s policies are a “mistake” that are crippling drivers. The former Republican governor of the Golden State kicked off his Austrian World Summit with a push for more solar panels and an attack on his party’s embrace of coal and fossil fuels.
