One of the men attacked in Penn Station by a dagger-wielding maniac with “rage in his eyes” was stabbed through the temple and suffered a traumatic brain injury. The grisly details surrounding Hector Deleon’s alleged Sunday rampage, in which four other people suffered slash or stab wounds, were revealed Friday as the madman was arraigned on seven counts of attempted murder. Deleon, 51, allegedly plunged his double-sided blade into one victim’s head, piercing their left temporal lobe, according to a criminal complaint.
