Nearly two years after an illegal immigrant almost took her life, California seven-year-old Dalilah Coleman and her parents met with US Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) headquarters as they got an update on a push to pass a law named in her honor. Mullin spoke to her father, Marcus, about the significance of passing Dalilah’s Law, which would prohibit any state from granting a Commercial Driver’s License to an undocumented person.
