The already tense Los Angeles mayoral race is getting even messier as vote counting drags on, and reality TV personality Spencer Pratt is fanning the flames with pointed online jabs and lingering questions about the outcome. “Are they done counting yet?” Pratt wrote on X Thursday, as election officials continued tallying ballots in a race that has yet to fully settle. Pratt, who has not conceded or formally contested the result, was also seen out with his wife Heidi Montag the same day, leaving Delgado’s restaurant in Carpinteria.
