A Utah man allegedly launched a sick sexual assault on a woman he was playing pickleball with after getting worked up over her “revealing” outfit, according to a report. Nephi Kata, 28, was arrested on Saturday after the victim told police he suddenly snapped and aggressively slapped her twice on her thigh during a friendly match at Vernon Worthen Park in St. George, court documents obtained by ABC 4 said.
