Spencer Pratt has yet to make an official public appearance since he was officially ruled out of the Los Angeles mayoral race, but wife Heidi Montag appears to be shifting the spotlight back to her own music career. Montag, 39, who best known for her years on reality television alongside Pratt, was photographed in Montecito carrying a microphone Wednesday as she made her way through the upscale Santa Barbara County community on her way to a gym. 4 The sighting comes as Montag prepares for a major performance later this summer.
