Joseph Ashley Garcia learned his fate after being convicted of first-degree murder in April over the grisly 2022 slaying of his father, 68-year-old Joseph Michael Garcia, in Lompoc. 5 Joseph Ashley Garcia was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday.
