Kodai Senga’s disastrous season is only getting worse and making the Mets’ rotation issues even more dire as they try to salvage their season. Senga was scheduled to make a rehab start for Double-A Binghamton on Tuesday before being scratched with what the team termed ulnar nerve irritation in his upper right arm. The right-hander has been rehabbing from lumbar spine inflammation and Carlos Mendoza noted his velocity had been down in his previous outing.
