The body of a girl who was mutilated, decapitated and dumped in a Massachusetts parking lot over 25 years ago has finally been identified as a missing teen from more than 300 miles away. Since Nov. 13, 2000, when police found her dismembered corpse behind a healthcare facility called the Soldiers’ Home in Chelsea, the mysterious victim was only known as “Chelsea Jane Doe.
