Doug Ellin, creator of the hit show “Entourage,” delivered a fiery rant about the “collapse” of Los Angeles, claiming he no longer feels safe while publicly voicing his support for Spencer Pratt’s campaign for mayor. “This city has collapsed in the last five years. There is no f–king denying it unless you have an agenda, and I don’t know what that is,” Ellin said in a video posted to Instagram last week.
