Another violent scene unfolded near Santa Monica’s struggling Third Street Promenade over the weekend after a man threatened a Jewish couple with a baseball bat and antisemitic slurs before unleashing his dog on one of the victims in broad daylight. The chaos erupted around 5:30 p. m.
