A Vallejo man accused of gunning down a young woman with “dreams of recording music” is now suspected in a second shooting on the very same street, and police say he remained free for weeks before officers finally tracked him down after a chase and neighborhood manhunt. Roberto Alfonso Tamayo-Cazarez is charged with murdering 29-year-old Ceicilia Corsetti, who was shot May 1 near the intersection of Indiana and Sutter streets, just blocks from her mother’s home, according to investigators and family members. Corsetti was rushed to a local hospital with at least one gunshot wound, but doctors were unable to save her.
